Control Effect of Standardized Surgical Instrument Cleaning Process on Nosocomial Infection in Disinfection Supply Center

目的:消毒供应中心清洗手术器械过程中采取标准化流程,观察对控制医院感染的效果。方法:观察标准化器械清洗流程实施前后的医院感染控制效果。将2021年1月-2021年6月的数据作为实施标准化清洗后的数据,命名标准组。结果:标准组器械清洗合格率为98.89%,对照组器械清洗合格率为89.44%,标准组合格率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:消毒供应中心采取标准化手术器械清洗流程有利于提升器械清洗合格率,降低医院感染率,该器械清洗流程具有临床应用价值。

Objective: To observe the effect of standardized procedures in the process of cleaning surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center on the control of hospital infection. Methods: To observe the effect of hospital infection control before and after the implementation of standardized instrument cleaning process. The data from January 2021 to June 2021 was regarded as the data after standardized cleaning and named standard group. Results: The qualified rate of standard group and control group was 98.89% and 89.44% respectively. The qualified rate of standard group was higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Adopting standardized cleaning process for surgical instruments in disinfection supply center is beneficial to improve the qualified rate of cleaning instruments and reduce the infection rate in hospital.This process has clinical application value.
