循证护理在急性药物中毒小儿洗胃中的标准应用效果分析

Analysis of the Standard Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Gastric Lavage for Children with Acute Drug Poisoning

目的:分析循证护理在急性药物中毒小儿洗胃中的应用效果。方法:纳入蚌埠医学院第一附属医院1年内(2020年7月-2021年6月)收治66例急性药物中毒小儿洗胃患着作为研究主体,以护理方法不同分组,设置为对比组(n=33,常规护理)、研究组(n=33,循证护理),对比评估应用效果。结果:与对比组比较,研究组各项急救流程操作评分均更高(P<0.05);与对比组81.81%比较,研究组护理满意度96.97%更高(P<0.05)。结论:在急性药物中毒小儿洗胃中实施循证护理,能够提升护理操作流畅性、措施及时性以及护理人员协调、应急能力,且护理可以赢得家属认可,满意度较高。

Objective: To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in gastric lavage in children with acute drug poisoning. Methods: 66 children with acute drug poisoning treated by gastric lavage in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College within one year(from July 2020 to June 2021) were included as the research subject. Different nursing methods were divided into control group(n=33, routine nursing) and research group(n=33, evidence-based nursing). The application effects were compared and evaluated. Results: Compared with the control group, the scores of various emergency procedures in the study group were higher(P<0.05);compared with 81.81% in the control group,96.97% of the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of evidencebased nursing in gastric lavage for children with acute drug poisoning can improve the fluency of nursing operation,timeliness of measures, coordination and emergency ability of nurses, and the nursing can be recognized by family members with high satisfaction.
