摘要
目的:选取小儿白血病患者,对其实施心理护理干预模式,分析这种护理模式的有效性。方法:将小儿白血病患者纳入本次研究,例数为36,选取时间开始于2019年3月,截止时间为2020年8月。选取随机数字表作为分组方法,共分组2组,一组以常规护理为方案,命名为常规组,一组在常规护理基础上增加心理护理干预,命名为干预组。结束后,应用统计学对两种护理方案的效果进行分析、对比。结果:对比两组患者采用不同护理方式前后的心理状态和患者治疗依从性情况。结论:干预组患者护理后的心理状态和患者治疗依从性情况均优于常规组患者,表明对小儿白血病患者实施心理护理干预,能够有效改善患者治疗依从性和心理状态,进而提升护理效果。
Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of psychological nursing intervention model in children with leukemia.Methods: 36 children with leukemia were selected from March 2019 to August 2020, and divided into two groups by random number table as the grouping method. One group was named the routine group with routine nursing as the scheme, and the other group was named the intervention group with psychological nursing intervention added on the basis of routine nursing. After the end of the application of statistics, the effect of the two nursing programs was analyzed and compared. Results: The psychological status and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared before and after different nursing methods. Conclusion: The psychological state and treatment compliance of patients in the intervention group after nursing are better than those in the routine group, indicating that the implementation of psychological nursing intervention for children with leukemia can effectively improve the treatment compliance and psychological state of patients, and improve the nursing effect.
