发展性照顾在新生儿重症监护室早产儿标准护理中的作用研究

The Role of Developmental Care in the Standard Care of Premature Infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

目的:探讨分析早产儿实施发展性照顾的效果。方法:2020年1月~2021年4月,抽取在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院新生儿重症监护室(NICU)接受治疗的90例早产儿为研究对象,按照不同入院时间分组,给予常规护理的45例是对照组,给予发展性照顾的45例是观察组,对比两组结果。结果:观察组体质指标、并发症率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NICU早产儿接受发展性照顾,可改善体质状态,减少并发症,更具应用价值。

Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of developmental care for premature infants. Methods: from January 2020 to April 2021, 90 cases of premature infants who were treated in NICU of First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to different admission time, 45 cases were given routine care as the control group, and 45 cases were given developmental care as the observation group. Results: the physical index and complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Developmental care for premature infants in NICU can improve physical condition,reduce complications, and has more application value.
