不同时段多模式标准化保温护理对输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术患者术后寒战发生率的影响

The Effect of Multi-mode Standardized Insulation Nursing at Different Time Periods on the Incidence of Postoperative Shivering in Patients Undergoing Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

目的:分析不同时段多模式标准化保温护理对输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术患者术后寒战发生率的影响。方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2020年1月-2021年1月期间收治的86例行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术的患者进行研究,并采取随机双盲法将其分为对照A组和观察B组,各43例。给予对照A组常规护理措施,观察B组在常规护理的基础上联合使用不同时段多模式标准化保温护理干预措施,并对两组的核心温度变化情况和寒战发生率进行对比。结果:观察B组手术中60min、手术后核心温度显著的比对照A组的高,寒战发生率显著的比对照A组低,两组比较均呈显著差异性,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术的患者常规护理+不同时段多模式标准化保温护理法的护理模式,能够显著地提高患者核心温度,降低发生寒战的几率,值得在临床中广泛推广和应用。

Objective: To analyze the effects of multi-mode standardized thermal insulation nursing at different time periods on the incidence of postoperative shivering in patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods: A total of 86 patients with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into control group A and observation group B, 43 cases in each group, by double blind method. The control group A was given conventional nursing measures, and the control group B was observed to use multi-mode standardized insulation nursing intervention measures at different time periods on the basis of conventional nursing, and the change of core temperature and the incidence of shivering were compared between the two groups. Results: The core temperature of 60 min and after operation in group B was significantly higher than that in control group A, and the incidence of chills in group B was significantly lower than that in control group A, with significant differences between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing mode of conventional nursing for patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy + multi-mode standardized thermal insulation nursing method at different time periods can significantly improve the core temperature of patients and reduce the probability of shivering, which is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
