标准化健康教育在冠心病患者护理中的作用

Role of Standardized Health Education in Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究标准化健康教育在冠心病患者护理中的作用。方法:选取重庆北部宽仁医院2021年3月-2021年6月收治的98例冠心病患者为研究对象,通过分层随机的方式,将其划分成2组,每组各49例,一组为常规组,实施一般护理,另一组为标准化组,在一般护理模式的基础上,增加标准化健康教育,对比两组患者满意度、并发症及知识水平。结果:标准化组满意度、考核评分高于常规组;标准化组并发症发生率低于常规组。结论:冠心病患者治疗时,予以进行标准化健康教育,可获得患者更加良好的评价,加强对并发症的预防,并提升患者对疾病知识的掌握情况,可大规模推广。

Objective: To explore the role of standardized health education in nursing for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 98 patients with coronary heart disease from March 2021 to June 2021 were selected as research subjects, and divided into two groups of 49 cases, one for regular with general nursing, the other for standardized nursing, which added standardized health education on the basis of general nursing mode, to compare their satisfaction,complications and knowledge level. Results: The satisfaction degree of standardized group was higher than that of the regular group;the complication rate of standardized group was lower than that of the regular group;and the assessment score of standardized group was higher than that of the regular group. Conclusion: During the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, standardized health education can obtain better evaluation of patients, strengthen the prevention of complications, and improve the mastery of disease knowledge, which can be promoted on a large scale.
