摘要 实验室质量控制是采用有效的质量控制措施,消除或控制误差,确保实验室分析结果在可接受的误差范围内的技术活动,是实验室管理的重要环节。在实验室质量控制的诸多因素中人员技术水平的评价多采用定性指标进行评价,因此,在评价过程中存在客观影响因素较多不能准确的评价,本文利用分析系数法建立实验室人员技术水平评价模型,将评价指标进行量化处理,更能准确地评价实验室人员的技术水平,同时,为提高实验室质量管理水平提供重要参考。 Laboratory quality control is a technical activity that adopts effective quality control measures to eliminate or control errors and ensure that laboratory analysis results are within an acceptable error range. It is an important part of laboratory management. Among the many factors of laboratory quality control, the evaluation of the technical level of personnel is mostly evaluated by qualitative indicators. Therefore, there are many objective influencing factors in the evaluation process and cannot be accurately evaluated. This article uses the analytical coefficient method to establish the evaluation of the technical level of laboratory personnel. The model quantifies the evaluation indicators, which can more accurately evaluate the technical level of laboratory personnel, and at the same time, it provides an important reference for improving the level of laboratory quality management.
