摘要
随着我国经济飞速发展,城镇居民的饮食结构和饮食习惯也在发生着翻天覆地的变化。对食品的营养搭配及烹饪方式的多元化需求已经成为当今"厨房革命"的主要矛盾,人们对电烤箱烹饪性能的要求越来越高。本文以小蛋糕为载体探讨电烤箱多层烹饪试验和评价方法。
With the rapid economic development in China, the dietary structure and eating habits of urban residents are also undergoing earth-shaking changes. The nutritional collocation of food and the diversified demand for cooking methods have become the main contradiction of today’s "kitchen revolution". People have higher and higher requirements for the cooking performance of electric ovens. This article discusses the multi-layer cooking experiment and evaluation methods of electric ovens with small cakes as the load.
