“双高”背景下广东高职公共体育课“1+2”与“1+1+X”教学模式分析 被引量:3

摘要 处在“双高”发展背景下,广东高职公共体育课程要强化教学模式改革工作,推进体育教学活动顺利实施并取得良好成效。本文主要从介绍“双高”背景下广东高职公共体育课情况入手,阐明了“1+2”与“1+1+X”教学模式的重要性,着重研究了这两个教学模式在提升学生体育素养方面的作用,发现两个教学模式均能够有效强化和改善学生身体形态、身体机能和身体素质,并提出了一些科学可行的教学改进建议,为更好地提升高职公共体育课程教学水平,促进学生全面健康发展提供一定参考。 Under the background of“Double High”development,public physical education in Guangdong higher vocational colleges should strengthen the reform of teaching mode,promote the smooth implementation of the teaching activities of physical education and achieve good results.This paper mainly introduces the situation of public physical education in Guangdong vocational colleges under the background of“Double High”,expounds the importance of“1+2”and“1+1+X”teaching mode,emphatically studies the role of these two teaching modes in improving students'physical quality.It is found that both teaching modes can effectively strengthen and improve students'body shape,body function and physical quality,and some scientific and feasible suggestions are put forward to improve the teaching,which provide certain reference for improving the teaching level of public physical education course in higher vocational colleges and promoting the overall and healthy development of students.
