新型冠状病毒“德尔塔”变异株围术期感染控制的补充指导建议

Guidelines and recommendations for perioperative infection control in patients with Delta variant of COVID-19

目前新型冠状病毒“德尔塔”变异株已成为全球疫情流行的最主要的毒株。在我国已先后发生了广州、南京、福建、内蒙古、北京等地多起由“德尔塔”变异株引起的疫情,且已在国内外发生了多次院内感染事件,造成了医生、护士、保洁员、救护车司机等医院工作人员感染。病毒的变异更新了人们对新型冠状病毒已有的认知,如不典型的发病症状、密切接触患者的重新定义等。本文结合国内外已报道的相关文献及2020年中国心胸血管麻醉学会围术期感染控制分会专家组的建议,在《新型冠状病毒肺炎患者围术期感染控制的指导建议》基础上制定了本指导建议,补充了“德尔塔”变异株相关特点及围术期感染控制需要加强的注意事项,以便更好地保护医院工作人员及患者的安全。随着疫情发展和科技的进步本指导建议可能需要进一步修订,欢迎读者提出意见和建议。

At present,Delta variant of COVID-19 has become the most prevalent variant of the global epidemic.In China,several outbreaks caused by Delta variant occurred in Guangzhou,Nanjing,Fujian,Inner Mongolia,Beijing and other places,and nosocomial infection events have occurred in China and abroad,resulting in infection among doctors,nurses,cleaners,ambulance drivers and other hospital staff.The knowledge of COVID-19 is updated with the advent of Delta variant,such as atypical symptoms,redefinition of patients in close contact and so on.Based on the relevant literature and the recommendations of the expert group of perioperative infection control Society of Chinese thoracic and cardiovascular anesthesiology society in 2020,this guidance was formulated in order to give a better protect to hospital staff and patients,which incorporated the information about features of Delta variant and considerations for perioperative infection control.With the development of epidemic and the progress of science and technology,this guidance may need to be further revised.Readers are welcome to put forward your opinions and suggestions.
