房间隔缺损介入术中封堵器脱落急转开胸手术1例 被引量：1

摘要 1患者资料患者,女,15岁,身高160 cm,体质量53 kg,因“体检发现房间隔缺损(atrial septal defect,ASD)11 d”入院,既往无特殊病史。体格检查:心率(HR)83次/min,呼吸频率(RR)20次/min,无创血压(NIBP)114/70 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),听诊心律不齐,胸骨左缘第2、3肋可闻及收缩期杂音。
