多元文化护理在脑血管病介入治疗患者围麻醉期的应用

Application of multicultural nursing in perianesthesia patients with cerebrovascular disease treated with interventional therapy

目的探讨实施多元文化护理在全身麻醉下行脑血管病介入治疗患者中的应用。方法选取我院2021年5~6月在全身麻醉下行脑血管病介入治疗的患者90例,通过计算机生成随机数字法分为常规护理组(n=45)和多元文化护理组(n=45)。常规护理组给予常规护理,多元文化护理组在常规护理基础上实施多元文化护理,比较2组患者苏醒时间、诱导前5 min心率(HR)和平均动脉压(MAP)、患者负性情绪及对护理满意度。结果多元文化护理组患者苏醒时间、诱导前5 min的HR、MAP及术后抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于常规护理组(P<0.05);多元文化护理组患者对护理满意度评分高。结论多元文化护理有利于患者找到文化认同感,改善负性情绪,缩短麻醉苏醒时间,并提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of multicultural nursing in patients with cerebrovascular disease treated with interventional therapy under general anesthesia.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebrovascular disease treated with interventional therapy under general anesthesia from May 2021 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into conventional nursing group(n=45)and multicultural nursing group(n=45).The conventional nursing group was given routine nursing,and the multicultural nursing group was given multicultural nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The anesthesia recovery time,HR and MAP at 5 minutes before anesthesia induction,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared.Results The anesthesia recovery time was shorter;HR and MAP at 5 minutes before induction,and postoperative self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale scores in the multicultural nursing group were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05);the score of nursing satisfaction in multicultural nursing group was higher.Conclusion Multicultural nursing can help patients establish cultural identity,improve negative emotions,shorten the anesthesia recovery time and thus improve nursing satisfaction.
