Mentoring experience of clinical anesthesia in liver transplantation

肝移植术的临床麻醉并发症多,风险高,对麻醉医生资格、责任心和自我不断学习的能力要求很高。近5年,天津市第一中心医院麻醉科实施肝脏移植手术超过2000例肝移植麻醉,积累了丰富的临床经验,并在全国开展了一系列学习讲座,具有较高的影响力。针对高年资住院医师、低年资主治医师和部分留学生进行了专科麻醉培训教学,注重培养麻醉思辨能力,将麻醉与监测新技术和可视化等先进教学模式进行了融合,探索出肝移植术专科麻醉带教模式,提高了教学效率,激发了医师的自学能力和分析解决问题能力,保障患者安全,取得了良好的教学效果。

Liver transplantation is a complex procedure performed on critically ill patients with multiple comorbidities,which has put forward a high demand for anesthesiologists in terms of professional competence,strong sense of responsibility and continuous self-learning.With more than 2000 patients receiving liver transplants over past five years in Tianjin First Center Hospital,we have accumulated abundant clinical experiences,hold a series of academic seminars and have strong influence.Senior residents,junior attendings,and international students are specifically trained in dialectical anesthesia thinking with advanced visual pedagogy.Our highly efficient teaching mode focuses on anesthesia for liver transplantation,and involves active learning and thinking which eventually guarantees patients'safety with positive teaching outcome.
