摘要
为规范以企业项目管理中台为中心的海量项目资源信息与业务信息的信息交互操作标准,提出基于本体理论的电网企业项目管理多维全景统一信息模型建模方法。首先,将信息模型建模问题分解为基于领域事实知识的结构本体与应用本体的组合模型构建问题,实现领域信息模型建模的规范化表达。其次,回归项目管理本质特征,考虑电力项目多专业多口径管理特点和需求,抽象其领域知识、结构本体与应用本体表述,构建逐级拓展的电网企业项目管理多维全景统一信息的表达模型。最后,将模型应用于国家电网项目管理中台的信息交互模型设计,并通过东部某省实际配网规划项目库、储备项目库和计划项目库的数据分别展示了项目规划、储备和计划视角的实际支撑应用效果。应用结果表明,所提项目管理统一信息模型能够支撑面向中台的项目管理信息融合应用与项目管理价值挖掘,助力项目的高效管理,支撑公司高质量发展。
To standardize the standard for the information interaction between massive project resource information and business information which is centered on the enterprise project management center,a multi-dimensional panoramic unified information modeling method for power grid enterprise project management based on the ontology theory is proposed.First,the information modeling problem is decomposed into the combined model construction problem of structure ontology based on domain fact knowledge and application ontology,so as to realize the standardized expression of domain information modeling.Second,considering the essential characteristics of project management as well as the characteristics and requirements of multi-disciplinary and multi-criterion management of power projects,through abstracting the expression of their domain knowledge,structure ontology and application ontology,a multi-dimensional panoramic unified information model of power grid enterprise project management is constructed in an expanding manner step by step.Finally,this model is applied to the design of an information interaction model for the project management center of State Grid.Moreover,through the actual data in the distribution network planning project database,reserve project database and planned project database from a certain eastern province,the actual support effects are shown from the aspects of project planning,project reserve,and project budgeting,respectively.The application results show that the unified information model of project management proposed in this paper can support information fusion and project management value mining for the project management center,facilitate the efficient project management,and support the high-quality development of the enterprise.
