混炼工艺及白炭黑/炭黑并用比对NR胶料性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用液相叠层法混炼工艺制备NR胶料,研究白炭黑/炭黑并用比对NR胶料性能的影响,并与采用干法混炼工艺制备的NR胶料对比。结果表明:随着白炭黑/炭黑并用比的增大,采用两种混炼工艺的NR混炼胶的FL和Fmax均呈增大趋势,t _(10)和t_(90)基本呈延长趋势,采用液相叠层法混炼工艺的NR混炼胶的t_(90)比采用干法混炼工艺的NR混炼胶略有缩短;采用两种混炼工艺的NR硫化胶的Payne效应呈增强趋势,填料分散效果变差;采用两种混炼工艺的NR混炼胶的导热性能呈下降趋势,采用液相叠层法混炼工艺的NR混炼胶的导热性能优于采用干法混炼工艺的NR混炼胶;采用两种混炼工艺的NR硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率总体呈下降趋势,采用液相叠层法混炼工艺的NR硫化胶的撕裂强度逐渐下降,采用干法混炼工艺的NR硫化胶的撕裂强度先降低再提高再降低;采用干法混炼工艺的NR混炼胶易出现气孔现象,采用液相叠层法混炼工艺的NR混炼胶的气泡减少,炭黑团聚程度更小,分散更为均匀。 The NR compound was prepared by liquid phase lamination mixing process.The effect of silica/carbon black blending ratio on the properties of the NR compound was studied,and compared with the NR compound prepared by dry mixing process.The results showed that,with the increase of silica/carbon black blending ratio,FL and Fmax of the NR compound with either mixing process increased,t _(10) and t_(90) were basically prolonged,and t_(90) of the NR compound with liquid phase lamination mixing process was slightly shorter.Moreover,the Payne effect of the NR compound increased with the increase of silica/carbon black blending ratio,and the filler dispersion became worse.The thermal conductivity of the NR compounds prepared by both mixing processes showed a downward trend,and the thermal conductivity of the NR compound with liquid phase lamination mixing process was higher.The hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break of the NR vulcanizate generally decreased with the increase of silica/carbon black blending ratio,the tear strength of the NR vulcanizate with liquid phase lamination mixing process gradually decreased,and the tear strength of the NR vulcanizate with dry mixing process first decreased,then increased and then decreased again.The NR compound with dry mixing process was more likely to trap air bubbles,and the NR compound with liquid phase laminated mixing process had less bubbles,lower degree of carbon black agglomeration and more uniform dispersion of the fillers.
