地铁车辆调试用周期性通断电控制装置

摘要 在地铁车辆电子设备调试过程中,通常需要人工手动反复操作断路器,接通或断开设备电源,实现多次重启。这种方法效率低,劳动强度大。为此,设计一种周期性通断电控制装置。装置由电源输入电路、模拟量输入电路、单片机及其外围电路、开关量输出电路和程序仿真电路5部分硬件,以及相应软件组成。装置已成功应用于青岛地铁车辆空调控制器重启测试工作,为地铁车辆电子设备调试过程中多次重启设备提供借鉴。 During the commissioning of electronic equipment of metro vehicles,it is usually necessary to manually operate the circuit breaker repeatedly to connect or disconnect the equipment power supply to restart,which has low efficiency and high labor intensity.A periodic on-off control device is designed,it is composed of hardware,including power input circuit,analog input circuit,single chip microcomputer and peripheral circuit,switching value input cir⁃cuit and program simulation circuit,as well as corresponding software.It has been successfully applied to the restart test of air conditioning controller of Qingdao metro vehicles,and provides relative references.
