摘要 为使低压电气柜布线线路规整、接线美观、维护方便,以电力机车低压电气柜为例,介绍低压电气柜设备和线路布局,详细论述低压电气柜网络控制系统、控制回路和辅助回路接线端子排的设计思路、选型方法,以及在低压电气柜内部的布局和注意事项。在设计低压电气柜时,电气设备应按功能分区域布置,数据总线、控制线和辅助电缆走线通道根据相应电气设备布置区域设计。应根据设备布置区域和电气原理设计端子排。设计端子排应全方位考虑,形成独立布线通道,避免各系统间相互干扰,预留安装操作空间。 In order to make the line layout of the low-voltage electrical cabinet neat,beautiful and convenient for maintenance,taking the low-voltage electrical cabinet of electric locomotive as an example,this paper introduces the equipment and line layout of the low-voltage electrical cabinet,and discusses in detail the design ideas and selection methods of the network control system of the low-voltage electrical cabinet,the wiring terminal strip of the control cir⁃cuit and auxiliary circuit,as well as the layout and precautions inside the low-voltage electrical cabinet.When design⁃ing the low-voltage electrical cabinet,the electrical equipment shall be arranged according to the functional zoning,and the data bus,control line and auxiliary cable routing channel shall be designed according to the corresponding electrical equipment layout area.The terminal strip shall be designed according to the equipment layout area and elec⁃trical principle.The terminal strip shall be designed in an all-round way to form an independent wiring channel,avoid mutual interference between systems,and reserve installation and operation space.
