后疫情时代铁路货运向现代物流转型的发展对策

Countermeasures to Transform Railway Freight Transport to Modern Logistics in Post-epidemic Era

在整理分析2020年间疫情对我国铁路货运量影响基础上,针对铁路联运供应能力不足、物流信息平台亟待加强、服务能力和水平有待提升、信息技术应用不足等问题,提出后疫情时代铁路货运向现代物流转型的对策建议:加强铁路资源配置和整合,提升铁路物流综合运输能力;加强各站点间的信息资源共享,建设物流应用数据集成平台;优化货运服务流程和人才培养机制,提高铁路货运物流服务水平;完善货物运输全程监督体系,打造数字化物流服务供应链。

In this paper,by analyzing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the production output of the railway freight industry of China in 2020,and to address the problems of insufficient rail intermodal supply capacity,logistics information platform in dire need for strengthening,service capabilities and levels waiting to be improved,and lack of information technology application,etc.,we proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of railway freight transportation to modern logistics,including strengthening the allocation and integration of railway resources,and enhancing the comprehensive transportation capacity of the railway logistics system;strengthening the sharing of information resources between stations,and building the logistics application data integration platform;optimizing freight service processes and personnel training mechanisms,and improving the railway freight logistics service level;and improving the whole-process supervision system of freight transportation,and creating the digital logistics service supply chain.
