基于熵权法与灰色关联分析法的冷链物流闭环管理风险评价

Risk Evaluation in Closed-loop Management of Cold Chain Logistics Based on Entropy Weighting and Grey Relational Analysis

从新冠肺炎疫情下冷链物流闭环管理的角度出发,基于当前冷链物流发展的背景与特点,识别出冷链物流闭环管理下的风险因素,并使用熵权法确定其权重,使用灰色关联分析法判断被识别出的风险因素与冷链物流风险的关联程度,进行风险评价研究,为未来冷链物流行业闭环管理的发展建设提供相关建议。

From the perspective of closed-loop management of cold chain logistics in context of the COVID-19 pandemic,and based on the characteristics of cold chain logistics at the current stage,we identified the risk factors in the closed-loop management of cold chain logistics,and used the entropy weight method to weight them and the gray relational analysis method to judge the degree of correlation between the factors and the risk of cold chain logistic.Through this research,we purported to provide some relevant suggestions for the development and construction of the closed-loop management system of the cold chain logistics industry in the future.
