“一带一路”倡议背景下基于因子分析法的物流企业营商环境测评实证研究

Empirical Study on Evaluation of Business Environment for Logistics Enterprises Based on Factor Analysis in Context of Belt and Road Initiative

通过调研全国31个省市自治区552家物流企业,采用因子分析法分析“一带一路”倡议背景下我国物流企业营商环境关键影响因子,研究结果发现:营改增后企业减负程度、获得物流用地所需费用合理程度、物流企业融资渠道属于前三位重要关键影响因子;资金及用地环境、政策及市场环境、用工环境、行政法规环境、监管环境以及通行环境是影响因子分类最具代表性的六个维度,并由此提出了优化和改进“一带一路”倡议背景下物流企业营商环境的相关建议,促进物流产业转型升级。

In this paper,we surveyed 552 logistics companies in 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions across china,and used factor analysis to isolate the key factors affecting the business environment of the logistics companies in China in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative.The result showed that burden reduction after enterprise VAT reform,reasonableness of logistics estate cost,and financing channel of logistics enterprise are the top three key influencing factors;while capital and estate environment,policy and market environment,employment environment,administrative and regulatory environment,monitoring environment,and traffic environment are the six most representative dimensions of the factors.On such basis,we put forward relevant suggestions on optimizing and improving the business environment for logistics enterprises in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative to promote the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry.
