摘要
对供应链的协作创新进行研究,以制造商为主体企业,基于需求对价格敏感的前提,考虑了双供应商、制造商、第三方研究机构进行博弈创新协作的6种模式,进行建模分析与算例分析。研究发现,主体企业制造商与供应链上游的供应商进行紧密的创新协作时,供应商关系仅仅影响其本身的利润分配情况,而对于创新力度、各方利润及需求而言,协作都是最佳选择,其结果优于不进行协作和选择第三方研究机构进行创新活动的情况。
In this paper,we studied the innovative collaboration modes of a supply chain organized with manufacturer as the core.Assuming the demand is price sensitive,we looked at six game modes of innovative collaboration among the duo suppliers,the manufacturer,and a third-party research organization on the supply chain and had a numerical analysis.Through the study we found that when the manufacturer engages in close innovative collaboration with the upstream supplier,its relationship with the supplier would only affect the distribution of its own profit and that regarding innovation intensity and the profitability and demand of other supply chain parties,collaboration is the optimal option which could give rise to better outcomes compared to scenarios without collaboration or where a third party research organization is appointed for the innovation activity.
