分支供应链同步化决策模型及仿真--基于系统动力学视角

Synchronous Decision Model and Simulation of Branch Supply Chain:A System Dynamics Perspective

摘要 以分支供应链为对象,通过比较独立决策和集中决策的差异,建立了失联库存的计算模型。该模型显示,通过协调需求方的库存补充周期与供应方的生产或者采购提前期可以在无信息共享条件下降低失联库存。该策略被定义为供应链同步决策模型。为了验证同步决策模型的有效性,建立了系统动力学仿真模型。研究结果表明,在分支供应链中,通过协调订货周期较小的零售商与分销商的采购提前期,同时维持不同零售商订货周期的比例关系,可以降低系统的失联库存水平,改善服务水平,同时订货次数的增加在合理范围内。 Taking a branch supply chain as the research object,we established the calculation model of decoupling stock by comparing the difference between independent and centralized decision-making.Said model showed that the decoupling stock could be reduced without information sharing by coordinating the inventory replenishment cycle of the demand parties and the production or procurement lead period of the suppliers.The strategy was defined as the supply chain synchronous decision model.In order to verify its validity,we established the system dynamics simulation model,which showed that in the branch supply chain,by coordinating the purchase lead time of retailers and distributors with small order cycles,and at the same time maintaining the proportion of the order cycles of different retailers,the level of decoupling stock of the system could be reduced,the service quality improved,and number of orders kept within a reasonable scope.
