摘要
报道了不同测试条件对不同油品类型润滑油颗粒度测试结果的影响,对比分析了稀释剂选择、稀释步骤影响、前处理步骤(超声或加热)、静置时间及水掩蔽剂等条件对颗粒度测试结果差异。结果表明:煤油更适用于润滑油稀释测试,稀释步骤对颗粒度测试结果影响可控,超声步骤能将样品分散均匀,静置时间在5 min内进行测试对结果干扰较小,样品含水量在0.05%以下使用水掩蔽剂稀释后,数值准确性较高。在润滑油颗粒度测试中,选用煤油作为稀释剂,超声后5 min内测试可达到较好的测试结果。
The influence of different test conditions on the test results of lubricating oil particle size of different oil types were studied.The effects of diluent selection,dilution step influence,pre-treatment step(ultrasonic or heating),standing time and water masking agent on particle size test results were compared.The results show that kerosene is more suitable for the dilution test of lubricating oil,the dilution step has a controllable impact on the particle size test results,the ultrasonic step can disperse the samples evenly,the standing time within 5 min has little interference on the results,and the numerical accuracy is high after dilution with water masking agent when the water content of the sample is below 0.05%.Kerosene was selected as diluent in the test of lubricating oil particle size,and better results could be achieved within 5 min after ultrasonic.
