摘要
炎症与肿瘤的病理进程关系密切。越来越多的研究表明,炎症信号通路广泛参与调控肿瘤细胞的糖代谢。葡萄糖主要通过糖酵解、线粒体有氧磷酸化等途径代谢生成ATP。有些肿瘤细胞倾向于通过糖酵解获能,而有些肿瘤细胞中线粒体氧化磷酸化反应对细胞生长和氧化应激也发挥重要作用。炎症促进糖代谢重编程介导“炎-癌转化”的分子机制涉及炎症介质和炎症因子异常表达。中药中多种生物活性物质如皂苷、黄酮、生物碱、多酚和醌类等可显著抑制炎症,并能调控肿瘤糖代谢,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和生长。本文就“炎-癌转化”与肿瘤糖代谢重编程之间的关系和抗炎中药及单体成分靶向肿瘤糖代谢抗肿瘤的作用机制予以综述,为抗炎中药靶向肿瘤糖代谢发挥抗肿瘤作用研究提供参考。
Inflammation is closely related to the pathological process of tumors.An increasing number of studies show that inflammatory signaling pathways are involved in regulating glucose metab⁃olism of cancer cells.Glucose metabolizes ATP mainly through glycolysis and mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation.Some cancer cells tend to gain energy through glycolysis,while mitochondrial oxida⁃tive phosphorylation also plays an important role in cell growth and oxidative stress.The molecular mechanism of the"inflammation-cancer transformation"is mediated by inflammation-promoted repro⁃gramming of glucose metabolism,which involves aberrant expressions of inflammatory mediators and inflammatory factors.A variety of bioactive substances in traditional Chinese medicine,such as sapo⁃nins,flavonoids,alkaloids,polyphenols and quinones,can significantly inhibit inflammation,regulate tumor glucose metabolism and inhibit tumor cell proliferation and growth.This article reviews the rela⁃tionships between"inflammation-cancer transformation"and tumor glucose metabolism reprogramming and the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine or monomers with anti-inflammatory activity against cancer cells by targeting glucose metabolism in order to provide reference for drug development of targeting tumor glucose metabolism from traditional Chinese medicine with anti-inflammatory effect.
