康复治疗联合微信平台居家训练指导在肩周炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with home training guidance on WeChat platform in patients with frozen shoulder

目的探讨康复治疗联合微信平台居家训练指导在肩周炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月天津市天津医院康复科收治的肩周炎60例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者采用康复治疗,试验组患者采用康复治疗联合微信平台居家训练指导。比较两组的肩关节活动度及视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果治疗后,试验组的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组肩关节前屈、外展、后伸、内旋、外旋角度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗联合微信平台居家训练指导可以有效缓解肩周炎患者的疼痛,改善肩关节的关节活动度。

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with home training guidance on WeChat platform in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 60 patients with frozen shoulder treated in the rehabilitation department of Tianjin Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group received rehabilitation therapy,and patients in the experimental group received rehabilitation therapy combined with WeChat platform home training guidance.The shoulder range of motion and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The flexion,abduction,extension,internal rotation and external rotation angles of shoulder in experimental group were greater than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation combined with training guidance on WeChat platform can effectively relieve the pain of frozen shoulder and improve the range of motion of shoulder joint.
