地榆槐角丸在内镜下结直肠息肉术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Diyu Huaijiao Pill in patients after endoscopic colorectal polypectomy

目的探讨地榆槐角丸在内镜下结直肠息肉术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年5月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的100例内镜下结直肠息肉切除术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组术后采用常规护理及治疗,观察组在此基础上口服地榆槐角丸。比较两组的术后并发症发生率、腹部症状评分、排便情况评分及满意度。结果观察组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后腹部症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的排便情况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地榆槐角丸能有效降低结直肠息肉患者的术后并发症发生率、改善腹部症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Diyu Huaijiao Pills in patients after endoscopic colorectal polypectomy.Methods From July 2020 to May 2021,100 patients undergoing endoscopic colorectal polypectomy were selected from the Third People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)by a random number table methods.Patients in the control group received routine nursing and treatment after operation,and patients in the observation group took Diyu Huaijiao Pills orally on this basis.The postoperative complications,the scores of abdominal symptoms,the scores of defecation situation and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of postoperative abdominal symptoms of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of defecation situation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diyu Huaijiao Pills can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve abdominal symptoms in patients with colorectal polyp,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
