三级综合医院应急体系建设实践

Construction practice of emergency system in tertiary general hospital

随着社会经济的发展和全球大环境的变化,各种突发事件层出不穷,新发的重大传染病也不断涌现,对社会的经济和人民的健康造成巨大的损失和威胁,对国家的应急管理体系、医疗救援和疾病预防控制是一个严峻的挑战。面对每次突发事件,三级综合医院都充当了重要的角色,如何建设高效快速的应急响应和救治体系,以应对灾难事故和突发公共卫生事件的医疗救援需要势在必行。本文分享汕头市第二人民医院作为应急医院在探索紧急医学救援、构建应急响应体系方面的建设实践经验,希望能给其他医院的应急救援建设提供借鉴参考。

With the development of social economy and changes in the global environment,various emergencies emerge in an endless stream,and new major infectious diseases keep emerging,causing huge losses and threats to the social economy and people′s health,and posing a severe challenge to the country′s emergency management system,medical rescue and disease prevention and control.In the face of every emergency,tertiary general hospitals play an important role,so it is imperative to build an efficient and rapid emergency response and treatment system to cope with the medical rescue needs of disasters,accidents and public health emergencies.This paper shares the experience of the Second People′s Hospital of Shantou City as an emergency hospital in exploring emergency medical rescue and constructing emergency response system,hoping to provide reference for other hospitals′emergency rescue construction.
