细胞焦亡在动脉粥样硬化中的作用及其研究进展

Research progress on pyroptosis and its role in atherosclerosis

细胞焦亡是一种新型程序性细胞死亡方式,与凋亡、坏死等传统细胞死亡在形式上有显著差异。动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病严重影响居民身心健康。近来研究发现血管内皮细胞、巨噬细胞、平滑肌细胞均会发生焦亡,影响动脉粥样硬化病变的发展进程。本文拟综合阐述细胞焦亡与动脉粥样硬化的关系,期望可以给心血管疾病的临床治疗带来新的思考,提供新的可能。

Pyroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death,which is significantly different in form from traditional cell death such as apoptosis and necrosis.Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease seriously affects the physical and mental health of residents.Recent studies have found that vascular endothelial cells,macrophages and smooth muscle cells all experience pyroptosis,which affects the development process of atherosclerosis.This article intends to review the relationship between pyroptosis and atherosclerosis,in order to provide new ideas and find new directions for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
