中医学类本科生毕业实习工作的实践和思考

毕业实习是中医学类专业人才培养过程中的重要环节,毕业实习工作的成效直接关系中医学人才培养的质量。南京中医药大学在多年的毕业实习工作中不断探索和实践,通过优化毕业实习管理制度、固定毕业实习准入标准、加强实习基地建设、构建实习全周期考核与评价体系等教学改革措施,将毕业实习工作做细、做精、做硬、做实,进一步完善了中医学类专业实习管理体系,有效提升了中医学类专业学生培养质量,能为高等院校中医学类本科生毕业实习工作提供一定的借鉴指导。

Graduation internship is an important link in the training process of Chinese medicine professionals,the effect of graduation internship work is directly related to the quality of Chinese medicine talent training.Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine has been exploring and practicing in its graduation internship work for many years.Through optimizing the management system of graduation internship,fixing the admittance standard of graduation internship,strengthening the construction of internship bases,establishing the whole period examination and evaluation system for internship and other teaching reform measures,the graduation internship work is meticulous,exquisite,solid,and skillful and the internship management system of Chinese medicine has been further improved,which effectively improves the training quality of students majoring in Chinese medicine,and provides certain reference and guidance for the graduation internship of undergraduates majoring in Chinese medicine in colleges and universities.
