摘要
以宁梁高速跨京九铁路立交桥为背景开展转体桥梁后封混凝土压浆质量控制研究,研发了转体支座后封混凝土压浆质量控制系统,并将该系统应用于工程实践。结果表明:利用传感器振动的检测方法可以准确评估转体支座后封混凝土压浆质量,并且压浆过程各个阶段均能有效判别,可以满足施工要求。
A research on the quality control of the concrete grouting for the back seal of the swivel bridge was carried out on the background of the Ningliang Expressway over the Beijing-Kowloon Railway Overpass.Thus the concrete grouting quality control system is developed and apply the system to engineering practice.The results show that the detection method of sensor vibration can accurately assess the grouting quality of the back-seal concrete of the rotating support.And the grouting process can be effectively distinguished at all stages,which can meet the construction requirements.
