摘要
行车工作是地铁安全运营的重要防线,地铁行车关键岗位的聘用、考核及测评也较其他岗位而言,需更加科学化与合理化。选取基本素质、个人特质、学习能力、专业水平与业绩等5个胜任素质,身体素质、心理健康等21项具体指标,运用层次分析法计算各项指标所占权重,建立地铁行车关键岗位胜任素质模型,是科学合理地评价地铁行车关键岗位工作人员的有效手段。
Metro-driving is an important defense line for the safe operation of the subway,and the employment,assessment and evaluation of the key positions of metro-driving should be more scientific and reasonable than other positions.The paper selects 5competency qualities such as basic qualities,personal qualities,learning ability,professional level and performance,and 21specific indicators such as physical fitness and mental health,and establishes key positions of metro-driving based on analytic hierarchy process.It is an effective means to evaluate the staff of key positions of metro-driving scientifically and reasonably.
