2007~2016年我国某铁路局劳动安全事故统计分析

Statistical Analysis on Labor Safety Accidents of Railway in China from 2007 to 2016

针对我国某铁路局从业人员劳动安全事故多发情况,从事故等级、类型、系统、原因、时间、地点、伤亡人员情况等多个方面对2007~2016年某局41起铁路从业人员劳动安全事故进行综合统计分析,结果表明:一般B1类事故、列车伤害、工务、违反劳动安全作业标分别是铁路从业人员劳动安全事故的主要等级、主要类型、主要系统、主要原因,第一季度、下旬、周一、8∶00~18∶00分别是铁路从业人员劳动安全事故在季、旬、日、时上的高峰期,20~25岁和46~50岁、工龄5年以下和20年以上、正式职工是伤亡人员分别在年龄、工龄和层次上的高风险区间。

In view of the situation of labor safety accidents for railway employees in our country,the comprehensive analysis of 41 labor safety accidents of railway employees in 2007~2016 has been completed from accidental levels,types,systems,reasons,time,places,casualty situation,and so on.The distribution characteristics of Chinese labor safety accidents for railway employees in recent years were obtained.The general B1 class accidents,train damage,public works and violation of labor safety operation standards are separately the absolute main level,major type,major system and absolute main reason of labor safety accidents for railway employees.The first quarter,last ten~day,Monday,8∶00 to 18∶00 is respectively the peak period of labor safety accidents for railway employees in the seasons,ten~days,days,hours.The railway station is the peak place of labor safety accidents for railway employees.The road construction and maintenance operation,single post operation is respectively the main operation category and absolute main operation nature of labor safety accidents for railway employees.0 to 25 years old and 46 to 50 years old,0 to 5 work years and more than 20 years,formal staff are the high~risk areas respectively in age,work length,level of casualties.
