摘要
本文统计了2016年1月-2021年6月黑龙江空管预报室接收到的低空风切变航空器空中报告,并结合机场风廓线雷达、多普勒天气雷达和芬兰维萨拉公司(Vaisala Oyj)的自动观测系统数据综合诊断分析飞机遭遇风切变时的天气特征,发现其多为急流型、冷锋型和对流云型,并以冬末至夏初期间11-15时报告居多,位置上多为跑道到五边,并由此分析探讨利用机场目前气象设备对不同类型隐形低空风切变的可预报性分析,发现以目前设备配置,每种类型均可预报,但时限上有所区别。
This article counts the low-altitude windshear aircraft aerial reports received by the Heilongjiang Air Traffic Control Forecast Office from January 2016 to June 2021,combined with airport wind profiler radar,Doppler weather radar and Finnish Vaisala(Vaisala Oyj)automatic observation system data comprehensively diagnoses and analyzes the weather characteristics when the aircraft encounters windshear.It is found that most of them are jet,cold front and convective cloud types,and most of them are reported at 11-15 o'clock from late winter to early summer.Most of the locations are runway to the five sides.From this analysis,we analyze the predictability of different types of stealth low-level wind shear using the airport’s current meteorological equipment.It is found that with the current equipment configuration,each type can be forecasted,but there is a time limit.The difference.
