基于SWOT分析的病区麻醉药品智能管控体系构建策略研究

Study on the Strategy of Building Intelligent Control System of Narcotic Drugs in Hospital Ward Based on SWOT Analysis

目的:构建病区麻醉药品智能管控体系,提高医疗机构麻醉药品管理安全和用药准确性。方法:运用态势分析法(SWOT)对构建麻醉药品智能管控体系的内部优势与劣势、外部机会和威胁进行分析,提出完善的策略。结果:根据国家麻醉药品管理相关法律法规的要求,从调剂安全、准确、高效和闭环管理等角度制定加强型、优化型、多元型、推进型策略。结论:通过SWOT分析法构建麻醉药品智能管控体系,实现病区麻醉药品来源可查、去向可追、责任可究的精细化全程闭环可追溯管理,有效提高病区麻醉药品管理的安全性、准确性和高效性。

Objective: To construct the intelligent control system of narcotic drugs in hospital ward, and improve the management safety and medication accuracy of narcotic drugs in medical institutions. Methods:The SWOT was used to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the intelligent control system of narcotic drugs and the strategies for improvement were put forward. Results:According to the requirements of national relevant laws and regulations on narcotic drug management, the strengthening, optimizing, pluralistic and promoting strategies should be formulated from the perspectives of safety, accuracy, efficiency and closed-loop management. Conclusion: The intelligent control system of narcotic drugs was constructed by SWOT analysis method to realize the full-process closed-loop traceable management in which the source of narcotic drugs can be checked, the whereabouts of drugs can be traced and the accountability can be done in the whole hospital so as to effectively increase the safety, accuracy and efficiency of narcotic drug management in the ward.
