Analysis and Prevention of Common Problems in the Factory Inspection of Skid-mounted Equipment

撬装设备型式非常多,在设备监造中常见的有主机用的油站、水站、制冷机、压缩机撬块、加热炉、废物处理装置等。由于撬装设备一般是管线连通各种设备,内部部件种类较多,对外法兰连接,因此在检验过程中会有共性的常见问题,本文总结检验工作中遇到的较多的共性问题,提出整改方案及预防措施,为同类工作提供一些参考经验。

There are many types of skid-mounted equipment.Commonly used in equipment supervision are oil stations,water stations,refrigerators,compressor skids,heating furnaces,and waste treatment devices for main engines.Since skid-mounted equipment is generally connected by pipelines to various equipment,there are many types of internal components and external flange connections,so there will be common problems in the inspection process.This paper summarizes the common problems encountered in the inspection work,proposes rectification schemes and preventive measures,and provides some reference experience for similar work..
