核电站仪控系统控制整个电站的生产过程,并在正常运行及异常工况下维护电站的安全、可靠运行。机组换料大修又是对设备妥全性能的一次考验,作为核电站重要控制系统,在大修期仪控设备的检维修又有;f艮高的技术要求和标准。本文以某核电站首次大修核岛热工仪表技术准备为例,从人、机、料、法、环等方面分析大修技术准备,结合项目对大修管理过程中的准备、实施等各个阶段工作进行系统分析,优化技术文件准备,从而保障后续仪控大修工作的高效有序进行。

The instrument control system of nuclear power plant controls the production process of the whole power plant,and maintains the safe and reliable operation of the power plant under normal operation and abnormal conditions.As an important control system of nuclear power plant,the inspection and maintenance of the instrument and control equipment during the overhaul period has very high technical requirements and standards.This article takes a nuclear power planfs first overhaul of nuclear island thermal instrument technical preparations as an example,analyzes the overhaul technical preparations from the aspects of man,machine,material,method,environment,etc.,and combines the project to systematically carry out the preparation and implementation of the overhaul management process.Analyze and optimize the preparation of technical documents to ensure the efficient and orderly progress of subsequent instrument and control overhaul work.
