低温阀门制造中的监造要点

Key Points of Supervision in the Manufacture of Cryogenic Valves

(超)低温阀门及配套装置,广泛应用于电力、石化、LNG等工业企业中,具有使用量大,制造周期长、工艺过程复杂的特点,是阀门类产品的监造难点。文章结合低温阀门设备制造的特点,从原材料、零件的深冷处理、常温压力试验、低温试验4个方面阐述监造控制方法,对保障低温阀门的质量、妥全控制、巡检有序提出一些建议。

The(ultra)cryogenic valve and its supporting devices are widely used in electric power,petrochemical,LNG and other industrial enterprises.The difficulties of valve manufacturing supervision are large usage,long manufacturing cycle and complicated process.Combining the characteristics of cryogenic valve equipment manufacturing,this article elaborates on the manufacturing supervision control methods from four aspects of cryogenic treatment of raw materials and parts,pressure test at room temperature,and low temperature test,and puts forward some suggestions to ensure the quality,safety control,and orderly inspection of cryogenic valves.
