阿格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病40例效果观察

The Effect of Alogliptin Combined with Metformin on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Stress Response in Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨阿格列汀联合二甲双胍对肥胖2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及应激反应的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2020年9月赣南医学院第三附属医院收治的80例肥胖2型糖尿病患者分为A组和B组,分组方式为随机数字表法,各40例。A组给予盐酸二甲双胍缓释片,B组在此基础上加用苯甲酸阿格列汀片,两组均治疗15周。比较两组治疗前后的血糖血脂水平、胰岛功能变化、氧化应激相关因子水平以及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者血清TG、TC、MDA、FPG、2 h FPG水平均降低,且B组低于A组;治疗后两组患者血清FINS、2 h INS、C-P、2 h C-P、GSH-PX、SOD水平均升高,且B组血清FINS、2 h INS、C-P、2 h C-P、GSH-PX、SOD水平均高于A组(P<0.05);治疗期间,B组患者不良反应总发生率为5.00%,A组15.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿格列汀联合二甲双胍可更明显降低肥胖2型糖尿病患者的血糖和血脂水平,在一定程度上提升患者胰岛功能,减轻氧化应激反应对患者机体的损伤,且安全性较好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of alogliptin combined with metformin on glucose and lipid metabolism and stress response in obese type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 80 obese type 2 diabetic patients admitted to The Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from September 2017 to September 2020 were divided into group A and group B.The grouping method was random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was given metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and group B was given alogliptin benzoate tablets on this basis.Both groups were treated for 15 weeks.The blood glucose and blood lipid levels,changes in islet function,levels of oxidative stress-related factors and adverse reactions during the treatment period were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the serum TG,TC,MDA,FPG,2 h FPG levels of the two groups of patients decreased,and the B group was lower than the A group;after the treatment,the serum FINS,2 h INS,C-P,2 h C-P,GSH-PX,SOD levels of the two groups of patients increased.The levels of serum FINS,2 h INS,C-P,2 h C-P,GSH-PX and SOD in group B were all higher than those in group A(P<0.05);during the treatment period,The total incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 5.00%,which was lower than 15.00%in group A,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Alogliptin combined with metformin can significantly reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of obese type 2 diabetic patients,improve the pancreatic islet function in patients to a certain extent,reduce the damage of oxidative stress to the patient's body,and have better safety.
