七氟醚与丙泊酚在小儿麻醉维持中的应用效果

Effects of Sevoflurane and Propofol on Hemodynamics and Cerebral Oxygen Metabolism During Anesthesia Maintenance in Children

目的:探讨七氟醚与丙泊酚在小儿麻醉维持中的应用效果。方法:选2020年3月至2021年3月于景德镇市妇幼保健院的手术治疗患儿132例,随机分为两组。对照组麻醉维持应用丙泊酚,研究组麻醉维持应用七氟醚,观察两组的镇痛有效率、麻醉效果、疼痛反射消失时间、睫毛反应消失时间、术中反应情况(术中摇头比例、苏醒时间、肢体活动比例、定向力恢复时间、安全离开手术室时间)以及应激反应指标变化情况。结果:对照组镇痛总有效率比研究组低(P<0.05);研究组麻醉效果评分、疼痛消失时间、睫毛反射消失时间均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组术中摇头比例、肢体活动比例比对照组低,苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间、安全离开手术室时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);对照组去甲肾上腺素、肾素以及肾上腺素水平均比研究组高(P<0.05)。结论:小儿麻醉维持中七氟醚应用效果更佳,可以有效提高镇痛效率和麻醉效果,缩短患儿的疼痛消失时间、睫毛反射消失时间、苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间以及安全离开手术室时间,同时可以减少术中摇头或肢体活动的概率,降低患者的应激反应,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of seveflurane and propofol in the maintenance of pediatric anesthesia.Methods:132 children from March 2020-March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group applied propofol,the study group applied sevfluorother,and observed analgesic efficiency,anesthesia effect,pain reflection disappearance time,lash reaction disappearance time,intraoperative reaction(intraoperative head shaking ratio,waking time,limb activity ratio,directional recovery time,safe departure from the operating room time)and stress response index changes in the two groups.Results:Total analgesia was lower than the study group(P<0.05),anesthesia effect score,pain loss,and lary reflection were lower(P<0.05),awakening,directional recovery,and safe departure(P<0.05),norepinephrine,adrenaline and adrenaline levels were higher than the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Apply better in pediatric anesthesia,can effectively improve analgesic efficiency and anesthesia effect,shorten the pain disappearance time,eyelash reflection disappearance time,waking time,directional recovery time and safely reduce the chance of postoperative shaking or limb activity,reduce the stress response of patients,be worthy of promotion and application.
