摘要
为有效解决开拓煤业沿空巷道使用期间围岩变形过大的问题,结合巷道变形破坏特征,提出采用非对称支护理念,设计具体的支护方案,数值模拟研究得出最优的护巷煤柱宽度,试验期间,监测巷道表面变形量、煤柱内应力变化规律。结果表明:设计的支护方案及小煤柱宽度能够有效控制沿空巷道的变形量,且提高了工作面的采出率,取得了良好的应用效果。
In order to effectively solve the problem of excessive deformation of surrounding rock during the use of gob-side roadway in Kaituo Coal Industry,combined with the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway,the idea of asymmetric support is put forward,the concrete support scheme is designed,and the optimal width of coal pillar is obtained by numerical simulation.During the test,the surface deformation of the roadway and the change law of stress in the coal pillar were monitored.The results show that the designed support scheme and the width of small coal pillar can effectively control the deformation of roadway along goaf,improve the recovery rate of working face,and obtain good application effect.
