摘要
以切顶卸压自动成巷技术在店坪煤矿9-100工作面应用为背景,通过理论计算、数值模拟、实践分析等方法,确定最佳的预裂爆破切顶参数,设计恒阻长锚索、临时补强支护方案,通过巷道表面位移监测数据判定巷道围岩的运动情况。留巷围岩位移量变化规律及现场应用情况表明,该方案取得了良好的护巷效果,可供店坪煤矿及相似地质条件的煤矿借鉴、参考。
With the application of roof cutting and pressure relief automatic roadway technology in the 9-100 working face of Dianping Coal Mine as the background,through the methods of theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and practical analysis,the best cutting parameters of presplitting blasting are determined,and the scheme of constant resistance length anchor cable and temporary reinforcement support is designed,the movement of the surrounding rock of the roadway is determined by the monitoring data of roadway surface displacement.The variation law of displacement of surrounding rock in retained roadway and its field application show that the scheme has achieved good roadway protection effect and can be used as a reference for Dianping Coal Mine and coal mines with similar geological conditions.
