掘锚一体化大断面巷道一次成型技术应用

Application of One-time Forming Technology of Excavation and Anchor Integrated Large Cross-section Roadway

为提高煤矿巷道掘进效率,以枣泉煤矿220707工作面辅助巷为工程背景,提出采用EBZ200M-4掘锚机实现大断面巷道一次成型。基于此,介绍了EBZ200M-4掘锚机技术参数,阐述了掘锚一体化掘进工艺、临时支护方式、装载及运输工序等,设计了220707工作面辅助巷支护参数。技术应用后,巷道掘进效率提高了20%以上,实现了220707工作面辅助巷的快速掘进和围岩控制。

In order to improve the tunneling efficiency of coal mine roadway,taking the auxiliary roadway of the 220707 working face in Zaoquan Coal Mine as the engineering background,it is proposed to use EBZ200M-4 anchor digging machine to realize one-time forming of large cross-section roadway.Based on this,the technical parameters of EBZ200M-4 anchor digging machine are introduced,the integrated driving technology of driving and anchoring,temporary support mode,loading and transportation procedures are expounded,and the supporting parameters of auxiliary roadway in the 220707 working face are designed.After the application of the technology,the roadway driving efficiency has been increased by more than 20%,the rapid excavation and surrounding rock control of the auxiliary roadway in the 220707 working face have been realized.
