晋华宫矿遗留煤柱下坚硬顶板冒顶机理与治理技术

Roof Fall Mechanism and Treatment Technology of Hard Roof under Coal Pillar in Jinhuagong Coal Mine

摘要 以晋华宫矿8204工作面多次冒顶为工程背景,采用现场调研、总结分析、工程应用的方法,揭示了遗留煤柱下坚硬顶板冒顶机理。在超前8204工作面10 m位置施工超前临时治理巷,在超前临时治理巷采用注浆加固、钻孔卸压治理8204工作面冒顶。治理技术应用后,工作面顶板来压逐渐释放,支架工作阻力降低40%。 Taking the multiple roof falls of the 8204 working face in Jinhuagong Coal Mine as the engineering background,the roof fall mechanism of hard roof under the remaining coal pillar is revealed by using the methods of field investigation,summary and analysis,and engineering application.The leading temporary treatment roadway is constructed at the position of 10 m in the leading 8204 working face,grouting reinforcement and drilling pressure relief are used to control the roof fall of the 8204 working face.After the application of the treatment technology,the roof pressure of the working face is gradually released,and the working resistance of the support is reduced by 40%.
