掘进工作面气相压裂增透抽采技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为防止1301工作面回风顺槽1掘进期间出现瓦斯突出现象,根据CO_(2)气相压裂增透技术原理及施工工艺流程,研究提出掘进工作面采用60 m双孔的压裂方案,压裂钻孔长度60 m、间距2.4 m,压裂钻孔压茬20 m,对钻孔参数及压裂方案的施工工序及技术要求进行具体设计,并在压裂增透技术方案实施后进行抽采效果及钻屑解吸指标(K_(1)值)的测试分析。结果表明:压裂增透技术方案实施后,瓦斯抽采浓度及日抽采量均较高,掘进期间无K_1值超限现象。 In order to prevent gas outburst during driving in return air trough 1 of the 1301 working face,according to the principle of CO_(2) gas phase fracturing technology and construction process,a 60 m double hole fracturing scheme is adopted in heading face,the length of fracturing boreholes is 60 m,the spacing is 2.4 m,and the stubble of fracturing boreholes is 20 m.The drilling parameters and the construction procedure and technical requirements of fracturing scheme are designed concretely.After the implementation of the fracturing anti-permeability technical scheme,the pumping effect and drilling cuttings desorption index(K1 value)were tested and analyzed.The results show that after the implementation of the fracturing anti-permeability technical scheme,the gas drainage concentration and daily extraction volume are higher,and there is no over-limit phenomenon of K1 value during the tunneling period.
