摘要
基于18104运输顺槽带式输送机原滚筒清煤装置清煤效果差、故障率高,导致输送机受滚筒浮煤影响出现跑偏、断带等现象,王家岭煤矿对原滚筒清煤装置进行优化改进,设计了一套新型滚筒清煤装置。从实际应用效果看,新型清煤装置结构简单,清煤效果好。该装置投入使用后将输送机跑偏、断带故障率降低了75%,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the fact that the coal cleaning effect of the original drum coal cleaning device of the 18104 belt conveyor is poor and the failure rate is high,which leads to the phenomenon of deviation and belt breaking of the conveyor affected by drum floating coal,the original drum coal cleaning device is optimized and improved in Wangjialing Coal Mine.A set of new drum coal cleaning device is designed,from the practical application effect,the structure of the new drum coal cleaning device is simple and the coal cleaning effect is good.After the device is put into use,the failure rate of conveyor deviation and belt breaking can be reduced by 75%,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
