摘要
辽源矿为解决井下供电系统存在的失压保护零时延、速断过流保护定值无法整定、保护器功能不全及通信能力差、供电系统易发生越级跳闸的故障,基于纵联差动保护原理,对防越级跳闸保护装置的硬件及软件的设计方案进行研究。应用表明,该装置经调试动作灵敏,可靠性强,经优化后矿井供电系统的安全稳定性得到有效提升。
In Liaoyuan Coal Mine,in order to solve the zero time delay of voltage loss protection in underground power supply system,the setting value of quick cut-off overcurrent protection can not be set,the function of protector is incomplete and the communication capacity is poor,the power supply system is prone to overstep tripping,based on the principle of longitudinal differential protection,the design scheme of hardware and software of anti-leapfrog tripping protection device is studied.The application shows that the device is sensitive and reliable after debugging.After optimization,the safety and stability of the mine power supply system has been effectively improved.
