矿用钢丝绳芯输送带覆盖胶阻燃性能的研究

Study on Flame Retardancy of Covering Adhesive for Mine Steel Wire Core Conveyor Belt

针对矿用钢丝绳芯输送带覆盖胶一般采用CR为主体、阻燃性能不佳、生产困难情况,研制了以SBR+BR为主体胶料的覆盖胶配方,阻燃性能优异,有效解决了以往覆盖胶易焦烧、工艺性能差的问题。

Aiming at the fact that CR is generally used as the main covering adhesive for mine steel wire core conveyor belt,the flame retardant performance is poor and the production is difficult,the covering adhesive formula with SBR+BR as the main body is developed,which has excellent flame retardant performance and effectively solves the problems of easy scorch and poor technological properties of the previous covering adhesive.
