刮板输送机变频电机一体化驱动改造 被引量:7

摘要 为有效解决综采工作面刮板输送机驱动维护工作量大、谐波干扰严重等问题,对其驱动电机进行了变频一体化改造。现场效果表明:改造后的变频一体化电机能够实现变频一体机加减速时间在0~1800 s连续可调,保证刮板输送机启动平稳,具备任意设定加减速时间和断链自动停机保护等功能,实现了大型电机真正意义的"软启动"。 In order to effectively solve the problems of heavy driving and maintenance workload and serious harmonic interference of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized mining face,the integrated transformation of frequency conversion of its driving motor was carried out.The field results show that the modified frequency conversion integrated motor can realize the continuous adjustment of the acceleration and deceleration time of the frequency conversion integrated machine at 0-1800 s,ensure the smooth start of the scraper conveyor,has the functions of arbitrarily setting acceleration and deceleration time and automatic stop protection of broken chain,the real"soft start"of large motor is realized.
