摘要
针对当前煤矿主排水泵采用继电器控制模式,自动化程度低、应急能力较差的问题,设计提出以PLC控制器为核心,基于光纤通讯技术将水位、压力、流量等传感器、电控执行机构融为一体的矿井主排水泵自动化控制系统进行升级改造。升级改造后的系统可根据水仓水位变化、涌水速率和用电避峰填谷原则,实现自动启停,并与矿井地面指挥中心上位机相连,实现远程动态监控,提升矿井的自动化生产水平。
Aiming at the problems of low automation and poor emergency capacity due to the relay control mode adopted by the main drainage pump of coal mine at present,the design proposes to upgrade the automatic control system of the main drainage pump in the coal mine,which takes PLC controller as the core and integrates water level,pressure,flow and other sensors and electric control actuators based on optical fiber communication technology.The upgraded system can realize automatic start and stop according to the change of water level in the sump,water inflow rate and the principle of avoiding peak and filling valley with electricity,and is connected with the upper computer of the mine ground command center to realize remote dynamic monitoring and improve the automatic production level of the mine.
