摘要
基于冲击地压发生机理,进一步研究采掘扰动对冲击地压的影响,提出冲击地压时空管控需求。通过现有冲击地压预防性监测系统与采掘工作面智能化控制系统融合,完善冲击地压防治的智能监测措施,对冲击危险信息智能化处理,当出现冲击危险预警时,自动停止采掘设备运转并进行语音广播,在阻断采掘扰动诱发冲击风险的同时,通知现场人员迅速撤离冲击危险区域,最终实现以冲击地压监测系统控制采掘活动。
Based on the occurrence mechanism of rock burst,the influence of mining disturbance on rock burst is further studied,and the demand of space-time management and control of rock burst is put forward.Through the integration of the existing preventive monitoring system of rock burst and the intelligent control system of mining face,improve the intelligent monitoring measures for the prevention and control of rock burst,intelligently process the information of rock burst hazard,and automatically stop the operation of mining equipment and broadcast voice when there is an early warning of rock burst.At the same time of blocking the impact risk caused by mining disturbance,inform the field personnel to evacuate the impact dangerous area quickly,and finally use the rock burst monitoring system to control mining activities.
